I was very lucky to be invited by Naoko Fujimoto to contribute to her series “Working on Something” Collecting Essays and Inspiration from poets!
She requested that I write about how I curate the visual art and visual poetry for my journal, The Indianapolis Review. This was a daunting task for me and one that I have never attempted before! It ended up being interesting and enlightening for me to explore this topic. I discovered that my former career as a florist has heavily impacted the way that I interact with art.
